Every now and then I get taken by a sudden idea and an hour later have something to show for it. More often than not, that something is not much, but in this case, it's something!
The kids love to play driving games, so I thought some signs would be in order. Thankfully, my favourite blogger had already made some for her girls that I could copy. You can see them here.
It's hard to tell, but that traffic light actually changes. The top spins to change the lights! YAY!
What I didn't anticipate was the girls desire to change the lights themselves. I made the post too long, so they really had to reach (or pull the pole down) to get to the top to spin it. As a result, the traffic lights came off the pole. :(
